This includes the initial availability search plus the preparation of a U.S. trademark application for one (1) class.
*Does not include the USPTO application fee of $250 or $350 per mark per class. Additional classes filed for the same mark within the same application are $175. Does not include additional (later) fees for intent-to-use applications, such as filing extensions or a Statement of Use. Does not include substantive office action responses.
